Eric Haverkamp recently earned his CDFA accreditation from the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts and is the second person to attain the CDFA in the firm’s history. CDFA professionals collect financial data and provide data analysis for the client and attorney in matters concerning divorce. These professionals are trained to determine investment risks, set objectives, develop budgets, identify lifestyles and financial goals. CDFAs possess skills that allow them to analyze retirement plans, determine affordability, recognize tax consequences and understand both short-term and long-term effects of dividing assets.
Eric received summa cum laude honors from Texas State University while pursuing his B.B.A. in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies. Eric is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). Outside of the office, Eric spends time as an advisor for the Small Business Development Center, as well as volunteering for various events and causes. He is also an active member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Commercial Exhibits Committee.
