MEI Technologies is an engineering and technology company offering innovative applied engineering, cyber service and security and technical support services for National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Department of Defense (DOD), Lockheed Martin and other government agencies and government contractors. MEI Technologies employs nearly 300 people nationwide and is well recognized in its industry, earning a nomination for NASA’s George M. Low Award in 2010 and 2013 and being awarded the Boeing Silver-Level Performance Excellence award in 2016. Lt. Col (Ret) Edelmiro “Ed” Muniz founded MEI Technologies in 1992 after a 20-year career in the Air Force and a short stint in the private sector as the Director of Operations for a government contractor aerospace engineering firm.

Hancock Firm provided valuation services to MEI Technologies as part of their planning. The valuation involved complex issues including emerging rocket propulsion technology and government contracts.
