Hancock Firm welcomes Kinga Harris to the team! Kinga joins Hancock Firm as a Valuation Associate, specializing in business valuation services across a variety of industries. Kinga currently serves as Secretary of the ASA Houston Chapter and, prior to joining Hancock Firm, she served as a Senior Analyst at a business valuation firm, focusing on valuations for estate and gift tax, family limited partnerships, and complex ownership structures.
Kinga earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from Lindenwood University, where she was a four-time All-American collegiate swimmer. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Finance before beginning her career in valuation. Her past experience includes working as an Analyst at a private equity firm, where she supported deal execution, investment analysis, and portfolio company initiatives. Prior to joining Hancock Firm, she served as a Senior Analyst at a business valuation firm, focusing on valuations for estate and gift tax, family limited partnerships, and complex ownership structures.
Kinga currently serves as Secretary of the ASA Houston Chapter, where she helps coordinate board meetings, speaker programs, and networking events to strengthen the valuation community. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her husband, their son, and their German Shepherd.
