Nicholas joined Hancock Firm in April of 2024 as a Valuation Analyst. Nicholas provides independent advisory services in various engagements, such as estate and gift tax valuations, intangible asset valuations, transaction advisory, litigation matters and forensic accounting matters.
Prior to joining Hancock Firm, Nicholas was a Supervisor in the Forensic, Valuation, and Litigations Services (FVLS) group at a large, national accounting firm. Nicholas’ experience includes business valuation inside and outside of litigation, as well as forensic accounting and asset tracing. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, with a minor in Applied Statistics, from Grand Valley State University.
Nicholas enjoys spending time with his family and dogs. He has a passion for sports such as hockey, baseball, and golf. Hailing from Nevada, Nicholas’ favorite hockey team is the Vegas Golden Knights. Nicholas also enjoys giving back to his local community through his volunteer work at the Houston Food Bank and BARC Animal Shelter and Adoptions.
